Get Found on Google

A Competitor With Fewer Reviews Shows Up Above You on Maps?

Reviews matter, but they're only part of how Google picks the three businesses in the map pack. Local SEO covers the rest: your Google Business Profile, your listings across the web, your website and the pages that tell Google what you do and where. We set all of it up and keep it working, so the people searching for what you do find you first.

How the Map Pack Works

Google Checks Three Things Before It Shows You

Relevance

Does Google understand what you do? Your categories, services and website pages need to match the words people search.

Distance

How close are you to the person searching? You can't move your shop, but service and city pages help you show up in the towns you actually work in.

Prominence

How well known and trusted are you? Reviews count, along with how recent they are, whether you reply, and how often your business is mentioned across the web.

A competitor with fewer reviews can still win on relevance and distance. We work on all three.

Google weighs all three every time someone nearby searches.

What We Do

Everything That Puts You on the Map

Google Business Profile

Your profile drives the map pack. We fill out every part of it (categories, services, photos, hours, Q&A), post to it and keep it current, because Google favors profiles that stay active.

Reviews

After the job, your customer gets a text asking for a Google review. A steady flow of new reviews moves you up the map and gives the next customer a reason to call.

Citations

Your name, address and phone number have to match everywhere: Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and the directories in your industry. When they don't match, your rankings slip quietly. We clean them up and keep them consistent.

Service and City Pages

One page for each service and each town you serve. These pages catch the "near me" and "[service] in [town]" searches your homepage never will.

Local Content and Links

Helpful blog posts written for your area, plus mentions from local groups, sponsors and industry sites. This is the prominence Google looks for.

AI Search (AEO)

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI answers who to call. We write your pages and profile with clear, factual answers those tools can read, so your business is the one they name.

Website Basics

A fast, mobile-friendly site with the right keywords in the right places. Most local searches happen on a phone, and a slow site loses the call.

Call Tracking and Reporting

Once a month you get a one-page report in plain English: how many calls and leads came in and what we're doing next. If something isn't working, we tell you and change it.

Why does a competitor with fewer reviews rank above me?

Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence together. They may have better categories, more complete profile details, pages for the town being searched, or listings that match across the web. Your free audit shows exactly where they're beating you.

How long does it take to climb the map?

Usually a few months. Fixing your profile and listings can help right away, but rankings build with steady reviews, posts and pages. If you need calls sooner, ads can start working within a couple of weeks, which is why our Get Leads plan runs both.

Can you guarantee a top-three spot?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Google decides the rankings. We do the work that moves them and show you the results every month.

I serve several towns. Can I show up in all of them?

Distance always counts, so you'll rank best close to your address. Service and city pages, along with reviews that mention those towns, help you show up in the other places you work.

What is AI search, and do I need it?

People are asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers for recommendations. Those tools pull from websites, reviews and business listings. The same work that helps you on Google helps you there, and we write your pages so they're easy for AI to read and quote.

Do I own my Google Business Profile?

Yes. You own your website, domain, Google profile and ad accounts. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.

Do I have to do anything?

Do great work and answer the phone. We send the review requests, write the posts and update your profile. Text us when your hours or services change.
