What Owners Usually Ask Us
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. That's the whole point. You text or call us, and we handle the logins, the updates and the ads. Most of our clients never open their website's back end.
Who will I actually be working with?
Nicole and Megan. We build your site, write your ads and answer your texts ourselves. Nothing gets handed off to someone you've never met.
Is the ad budget included in my plan?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly for ad spend, so you always see exactly where that money goes. We'll recommend a budget that fits your area and your goals.
How soon will I get more calls?
Ads can start bringing in calls within the first couple of weeks after they go live. Climbing Google's free results takes longer, usually a few months, so we run both.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Maybe not. We'll look at it on the free call and tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping. If you do need a new one, it's built into your plan.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. We ask for a short starting runway so the website gets built and the work has time to pay off, then it's month to month. You own your website, domain, Google and ad accounts, so if you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Where do you work?
We're based in Bemidji, Minnesota, and work with businesses across the US and Canada. If you're close, we'll come to you. If not, everything happens by phone, text and video, so distance doesn't slow anything down. And we try to visit every client in person at least once a year, no matter where you are.
